Women in Media CAMERAderie Initiative 2021

The CAMERAderie Initiative is a platform to support the emerging voices, creative talents, and untapped potential of Women in Media (WiM) members. Writer/Director CAMERAderie Finalists are building their teams from the WiM membership (70%+ women, women-identifying and gender nonconforming crews!), have support, mentorship, education, and training from initiative producers and industry professionals in each department, and access to in-kind donations and prizes including gear, production insurance, permits, and more.The goal is a safe and successful production in August of 2021, followed by two months of post production, culminating in screenings and a festival run thereafter. We encourage you to check out these uniquely fabulous CAMERAderie Initiative films. Women In Media promotes gender balance in the film and entertainment industries through networking, professional development, and advocacy for women, women-identifying, and gender-nonconforming filmmakers who work above and below the line and the people who love to collaborate with them. Women in Media is a 501(c)3 charity.
